Blane's reinvigorated return to New York marked a profound milestone in his life when he declared to live no other path than that of his dreams.  

Realizing his divine talent, impeccable vision, attention to detail, and compelling urge to usher others through life-altering transformations, Blane immediately enrolled into FIT's (Fashion Institute of Technology) award winning program. 

By virtue of his extreme dedication he secured a position as the Eveningwear Specialist/Personal Shopper at BARNEYS NY where he dazzled a diverse spectrum of celebrities and high profile shoppers with his "authentic" wardrobe guidance and "charming" personality for over eight years.
